AR / AP Interface Lead

Band 8.

Remote with Travel requirement - 25% (Rancho Cordova, CA primarily, alternate locations could include Dallas, TX).

Required Skills

  1. Need excellent communications skills, leadership skills to guide both the offshore team and the client.
  2. Need to be organized, able to plan ahead, and coordinate multiple moving parts.
  3. Need functional knowledge and hands on experience with end to end AR/AP business processes, starting with Master Data (integrated with MDG), transaction processing, typical WRICEFs in AR/AP (e.g. dunning forms, checks, open item conversion, etc.), up to banking integration (inbound lockbox, outgoing payments), experience with solutioning/implementing integration/interfaces with legacy systems and auxiliary applications (e.g. Coupa, VIM, etc.).
  4. Nice to have skill - CFIN Central Payment Processing.
