Applications Systems Analyst for the State of Colorado
Location: Denver CO
Duration: 10+ Months
Client: CDHS

CDHS manages an online case management system called Trails which governs all child welfare-related data in the state of Colorado. CDHS is currently modernizing the Trails application for improved performance and functionality for all user groups. During the modernization process, user support has become a key concern of CDHS, and consequently, Operational Analyst roles have become necessary to address and mitigate user support issues.
CDHS seeks two full-time equivalent resources that will deliver on three key work activities as follows:

User Support and Management: Manage, triage and prioritize all incoming user support requests, including operational issues, technical defects, data problems, and data reporting issues.
Resolution Management: Liaise between OIT and DCW Program staff for relevant operational issues to determine most appropriate path to resolution.
Project Implementation Assistance: Support project team members and engage with Trails system users for implementation activities, including gathering requirements, user support, communication, and training. Engage with Trails system users to perform workflow testing and help coordinate product deployments.
