Job Description :
Management Responsibility:
The Application Delivery Director is responsible for hiring, developing, motivating & evaluating technical team members. Direct supervision for the ERP Applications Manager and POS Applications delivery team / systems developers.

Education and Experience:

Experience with legacy and modern ERP systems
Experience with Retail / POS Systems

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or related with a minimum of 8+ years in technology leadership positions
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in managing teams; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in managing complex systems or processes
A minimum 3 to 5 years of experience overseeing formal planning, tracking and reporting on project performance
Experience with evaluating, implementing, and managing both cloud and on-premise solutions and platforms
Experience with integration middleware for interfacing store solutions to eCommerce and ERP systems is preferred
Experience with business process mapping is preferred
Experience managing external vendor partnerships and delivering projects involving multi-vendor teams
