Application Support Consultant

Mountain View, CA//Remote

Application Support Consultant must have worked on one or more of the business process viz Contracts, Supplier portals, Procurement, Sourcing, Sales Orders, Master Data Management, Inventory, Material Management, Supply Planning, Asset Management


g. Investigate product quality of Client's beta applications and communicate product launch risk and severity of issues to partners

h. Develop test cases and scenarios in order to pinpoint the root cause of product bugs

i. Follow detailed processes and workflows in order to provide world class support to Client's engineering teams

j. Effectively and concisely communicate resolution, technical resolution, workarounds, or product confusion to bug reporter and/or engineering teams (bug reporter can range from a peer to a VP)

k. Partner with product support group specialists to identify solutions to advertising bugs and product confusion

l. Work onsite from Monday through Friday

m. Support a rotating on-call support schedule


a. Minimum 12 months of professional experience within customer service, on-line marketing/advertising or technical support

b. Ability to rapidly assess, analyze and resolve or troubleshoot issues and distill into clear and concise communications

c. Quicker learner and adaptable to learn new products, processes, concepts, and skills

d. Aptitude to support complex products

e. Fluency in English

f. Ability to work weekends and on-call as may be required

g. Knowledge of Facebook products and technology in general and/or curiosity to learn


a. Associate or technical degree

b. Experience using social media products
