Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong DRUPAL experience and subject matter expert (SME) knowledge in Drupal.
Good Development experience in Drupal.
Good experience enterprise-wide web systems PHP, JavaScript, HTML, AWS, Solr, Apache, Akamai
Good experience in Cucumber Selenium-Automation Testing
Excellent communication skillsAbility to work on a team.
Candidate must be available to work onsite in Lincolnshire, IL after COVID
Hands on automation experienceAgile Methodology.
Desirable Technical Skills
Computer vision and applications of machine learning.
Collecting, QCing, and analyzing huge datasets.
Using the best tools to streamline data acquisition and processing.
Assisting research scientists achieve their goals
A getting-it-done attitude with a desire to both push the boundary of fundamental knowledge and turn it into great products.
A degree in computer science or a quantitative field and at least one year of industrial experience working with data.
Strong math skills, a problem-solving aptitude and desire to automate• Experience of scientific programming and libraries relevant to image and video processing and management, for example OpenCV.
Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, C++, etc.
Experience working in a diverse and international team.
Role'' Responsibilities
Performs analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide web systems (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, HTML, AWS, Solr, Apache, Akamai
Develops less complex potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
Utilizes unit tests and protocols for evaluation of system performance.
Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes.
Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. May train user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.
May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.
Performs system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.
Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance.
