Immediate need for a talented Informatica Production Support. This is a 06+ months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX and Chandler, AZ and Charotte, NC(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front line technical support by monitoring Application(s) jobs / services, trouble shooting, responding to issues related to Problem/Incident Management, Operational Readiness, Production Governance related to issues
  • Solve production down situations by performing root cause analysis under tight SLA deadlines
  • Debug and fix production issues by analyzing complex sql queries stored Procedures as needed
  • Provide stand-by out of hours support for production system including weekend support as needed on rotation basis
  • Look for efficiency improvement in productivity savings
  • Drive live by the culture of innovation resulting in highly efficient team and improving operational efficiency
  • Work closely with Technology Infrastructure Teams, Development Testing Teams in supporting Integrated / Independent releases, software/hardware upgrades, server upgrades.
  • Communicate with all lines of business and management the overall status and health of the application, contribute to automation, causal analysis, develop shared/common solutions, proactively identify cross functional or technical issues
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of production support work experience
  • Practical hands-on experience using Informatica or Hadoop
  • Exposure to navigation and good knowledge of Unix/Linux
  • Informatica PowerCenter
  • Good DB skills with exposure to Oracle Database / Teradata and PL/SQL Queries
  • Exposure of Job scheduling tools such as Autosys and monitoring tools
  • NDM, SFTP setup for file transmissions and troubleshooting
  • Informatica Data Exchange
  • Hadoop certification
  • ITIL certification or good insight concepts around incident, change and problem management.
  • Unix shell scripting exposure to any scripting language on Unix
  • Exposure to Banking / Payments / financial industry
