Pay Range: $60- $66/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions in the Payments Technology.
  • Will actively work on and support application development and maintenance activities.
  • Will participate in team discussions to understand and provide inputs to system requirements.
  • Will drive application design activities, and develop software to meet specifications.
  • Will work with QA and performance testing teams to ensure software meet tollgate requirements.
  • Will work with support teams to deploy software and also resolve defects.
  • *Mainframe - HOGAN -IMS*
  • Mainframe Cobol, JCL ,IMS DB, MQ and VSAM development experience. File manager, Ezytrieve and TSO Development skills, Tool experience. Prefer at least 5 years exp
  • Familiarity with HOGAN mainframe architectural solutions.
  • Excellent debugging skills.
  • Good understanding of third party dependency management and transitive dependency issues.
  • Strong knowledge on IMS database.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Experience with implementation and release management activities.
  • Good understanding of unit/system and functional testing methodologies.
  • Experience working in large transaction based systems.
  • Experience writing technical designs.
  • Experience documenting technical functions.
  • Strong Communication and good leadership skills.
  • Have a strong ability and interest in working with a diverse range of technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong proclivity to follow coding standards and execute a best practices approach in build processes.
  • Preferred Banking domain knowledge
  • Quality leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and multitask effectively
  • Deliver reproducible builds with a design emphasis on reusability, maintainability and efficiency.
  • Ability to investigate and recommend best practices and process improvements.
  • Detail oriented and able to debug complex errors.
