This role will be a hybrid of business skills and IT/Technical skills. Currently one background versus the other is not requested/preferred.
? The level of autonomy for this role will be a hybrid between coordination/documentation and involve process design/improvement. This individual will have efforts that involve operationalizing/maturing existing program while supporting new programs.
? The analyst will also be responsible for owning projects versus coming in as a support role.

? Experience in a PMO or IT operations environment working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

? Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Requirements
? 1?3 years of experience in application lifecycle management, IT delivery, or change enablement.
? Proficiency with ALM tools (e.g., Jira, or similar platforms).
? Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
? Ability to analyze, optimize, and automate application lifecycle processes.
? Knowledge of COBIT IT Governance framework AND/OR ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
? Experience with change management processes and tools.
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
? Familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis, reporting, or workflow automation OR Awareness of emerging AI capabilities and ability to leverage them for improving workflows and insights.
Essential Job Functions
? Lifecycle Coordination: Support the planning, implementation, maintenance, and retirement of applications by coordinating tasks across application owners/teams. Preferred experience leveraging Jira, Confluence, and/or SharePoint.
? Program Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of application lifecycle stages, decisions, and supporting documentation.
? Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between end users, IT teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout an application?s lifecycle.
? Process Monitoring: Track lifecycle milestones, risks, and dependencies using project management tools and provide regular status updates.
? Data Analysis: Analyze application performance, usage, and support data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
? Change Enablement: Assist with change management activities including communications, training coordination, and readiness assessments.
? Compliance & Standards: Ensure applications follow internal policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Preferred broad understanding of COBIT processes.
The Application Lifecycle Analyst plays a key role in supporting and coordinating activities across the lifecycle of enterprise applications. This role focuses on facilitating communication, enabling self-service, tracking progress, compiling actionable and data-driven insights, and ensuring that applications are effectively managed from onboarding through retirement, in alignment with business and IT objectives.
The ideal analyst is detail-oriented with demonstrated experience partnering with product owners, engineering managers, and IT leadership to implement existing processes while identifying opportunities to improve our programs.
