Role Overview Application Developer (Process Management / BPM)

Application Developer with expertise in Process Management / Business Process Management (BPM).
Specializes in implementing integration components using best practices, methods, and standards such as:
- Services integration
- WebSphere Integration Developer (WID/WWI)
- IDD
- BPEL
Applies knowledge of:
- Industry-specific capability models
- Process models (BPMN)
- Service models
- Business object models
Streamlines development and testing of Automated Process projects.
Possesses a strong understanding of process workflow and orchestration to build applications integrating multiple systems.
Capable of handling technical aspects of automating re-imagined processes/workflows, including:
- Customization of models and processes
- Solution outline
- Development, testing, and operational phases

Required Skills

Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM CP4BA Business Automation Workflow (BAW) (formerly IBM BPM).
Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0, including:
- Business Process Diagrams (BPD)
- Routing
- Loops
- Gateways
Experience building user interfaces using:
- Coaches and Coach Views
- Supporting technologies such as CSS and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with integration services, including:
- REST and SOAP web services
- XML, JSON
- AJAX for external system integration
Solid understanding of:
- Database concepts
- Data structures
- SQL syntax
Experience deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, including:
- Red Hat OpenShift
- Kubernetes

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Case Management and Decision Services within IBM CP4BA BAW environments.
Experience in BAW performance tuning and troubleshooting.
