Responsibilities:
Develop Web services and microservices for robotics team.
Design and implement web services and microservices in support of business requirements, software and industry best practices
Carry out development, unit as well as end-to-end testing,troubleshooting and deployment of services
Work collaboratively across business and IT organizations
Problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks usingWaterfall and Agile Development Methodologies
Mentor and lead team of developers throughout SDLC process
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering orrelated
Minimum 10 years application development
Experience in C#, Java, C++ as well as mainframe/legacy applications
Experience developing RESTFul APIs and API Gateway integration (Kong/ Apigee/Datapower)
Open source web application frameworks Node.js, SpringBoot
Cloud experience AWS, Azure
Infrastructure as Code tooling/methodology (Terraform, Ansible etc)
CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of tooling Jenkins/CircleCI/Travis, containerization principles
Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON
Scripting experience using Python, Perl, Visual Basic, Shell script
Knowledge with major Operating System such as Windows, UNIX andLinux
Excellent design, coding, testing and debugging skills
Experience in designing and implementing complex projects
Good oral/written communication and strong commitment toprofessional/service excellence
