Title: API Integration Developer with ReactJS experience Duration: 1 Year + Location: Boston, Massachusetts Job Description Client is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Integration Developer. The Integration Developer directly contributes to the design, development, and implementation of business-critical enterprise data and integration projects for client. This customer service oriented individual meets with users to help define requirements to address business critical functions. As a customer focused service, the Integration Developer will be responsible for Tier -2 customer support services related to enterprise data applications. To ensure that essential services are provided to the community, the employee will be required to work outside their regular working hours as needed. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field Experience 5-7 years of experience in single page application frameworks using ReactJS or React Native. 3-5 years of experience leveraging CI-CD tools and cloud architecture Provide Tier-2 customer support related to Web applications. Identify and perform root cause analysis. Understanding of MVC structure and development patterns Understanding of browser cache concepts Ability to "think outside the box" while identifying problems and developing creative solutions Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment Experience with responsive web/mobile development. Experienced and interested in Ruby, Elixir, Java, Python, Node.JS, Phoenix Elixir, or other backend programming language or framework Experience with third party integrations, server-side and client-side APIs Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript, including cross-browser compatibility, performance, and WCAG accessibility compliance, familiarity with SQL Familiar with all phases of the software development lifecycle Expertise in test-driven development (TDD) methodology and tools Have worked in Agile environment Ability to communicate with various stakeholders well-formed opinions on approach to coding challenges and on topics such as performance and accessibility. Responsibility Define the technical requirements that are required to develop the product/feature Architect and design the technical solution and implement the solution Deliver a hybrid user experience to be easily portable between web and mobile. Explore, assess and prototype new solutions to drive innovation and problem solving Partner and collaborate with stakeholders and other technology teams Work closely with our team of designers and developers to build exceptional products Produce clean, efficient code and recommend improvements to existing codebase. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing codebase Work closely with other departments to ensure proper functionality and features are being developed rapidly with existing UI/UX systems Challenge us to push the envelope and broaden our collective skillsets Participate in Agile SDLC Participate in code and architecture reviews Communicate required corrective action as necessary. Act as the functional area expert on how to handle exceptions. Provide positive insight and encourage collaboration and consistency. Make recommendation for change, more efficient processes and policies. Maintains supportive relationships with internal and external customers, colleagues and partners.
