Job Description :

Mobile  Tester responsibilities for this position include:

  • Identify test approaches, coverage, requirement gaps and risks
  • Create unit/and functional tests (IOS, Android, web)
  • Test case management using Azure Test Manager
  • Automate testing on browsers and mobile devices (IOS, ANDROID)
  • Track all defects and adhere to best practices around defect logging and tracking
  • Ensure tasks are completed on a timely basis and conform to specifications/processes and standards
  • Communicating to key stakeholders BA, Product Owner and Developers

 

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in testing and automation of native applications (iOS, Android)
  • Essential experience with building Test Automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber)
  • Expertise in testing web application that runs inside a mobile web browser(Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari).
  • Expertise in Usability Testing, Compatibility Testing, Interface Testing, Services Testing, Low-level resource Testing, Performance Testing, Operational Testing, Installation Testing, and Security Testing of mobile applications
  • Expertise in implementing strategies for selection of devices, utilizing emulators, and types of testing.
  • Good knowledge of best practices in Android and IOS testing
