Android Application IT Contractor – Level 1
Pensacola, FL
Contract
Our client is looking for a level 1 Android Applications IT professional
Necessary requirements:
Demonstrates delivering code for native Android Applications within a formal of the systems development life cycle Skill in using Macs including MS Office tools
Possible Level I additions: 1-2 years’ experience developing mobile applications knowledge of/or experience with Android Material Design.
Knowledge of/or experience with the Kotlin programming language
Knowledge of/or experience with Android libraries, such as RxJava
Knowledge of software design patterns
Possible Level II additions:
2-3 years of experience developing Android mobile applications
Experience with Android Material Design
Knowledge of/or experience with the Kotlin programming language
Knowledge of/or experience with Android libraries, such as RxJava
Knowledge and experience with software design patterns, such as MVVM a
Ability to troubleshoot mobile platform technical defects and implement solutions
Ability to work with non-mobile teams to troubleshoot defects and implement cross-platform solutions, including scalability issues
Ability to make small to medium mobile code changes and enhancements while following existing application design and maintaining feature parity across platforms
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field and/or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
