Pay Range: $17- $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • The main responsibility of the eComm Analyst position involves reading and reviewing financial representative and client correspondence/emails and flagging those communications for additional review based on factors such as risk and company policies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • FINRA Licensed will be a plus!

  • Min 1-3 years of professional experience--experience in the compliance field is a plus!

  • Individuals must be apt at reading for comprehension and be comfortable doing so in a high-volume environment while thinking critically, analyzing, and making decisions on email communications based on risk.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; must have a high level of attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a professional environment to meet daily individual and team volume and quality goals.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of platforms such as Outlook and SharePoint—with the ability to learn new software and programs.
  • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to read and write in Spanish fluently is also a plus.
