The client is a Business Intelligence consulting company and an Alteryx Preferred Partner. They provide top consultant services to companies throughout the US, generating flexible solutions to our clients in the areas of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Project Management.
They are looking for their next Alteryx Expert. Not just good, not just great. They are looking for the best.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence roles and at least 2 years of hands-on Alteryx experience. The Alteryx Specialist leads strategic discussions with clients to build out projects from conception to technical execution.
The role of the Alteryx Specialist is to provide billable support to our clients through design and development of actionable analytics, development and maintenance of the Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and training and support of the user community. The primary focus for this role will involve taking business and functional requirements from concept and solution development through to deployment to the production environment.
Responsibilities:
Translates business needs to technical requirements and develops and updates technical documentation. Researches new tools and technologies in business intelligence arena.
Designs, develops, deploys and supports sustainable BI solutions such as dashboards, scorecards and various other forms of data visualization
Designs, develops, deploys and supports measure algorithms in the form of complex SQL scripts and database queries.
Performs data manipulation tasks using available and most appropriate data management tools such as Alteryx, SAS or SQL queries and database stored procedures.
Requirements:
Highly skilled in both Alteryx Designer and Server, a Subject Matter Expert and mentor for others
Alteryx Core Certified REQUIRED
Ability to communicate and synthesize technical and business information to technical and non-technical individual stakeholders.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver quality work within strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities and acting with a sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications:
Alteryx Connect and Promote experience HIGHLY preferred
Alteryx Partner Certified or Alteryx Designer Advanced Certified preferred
Remote work experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Python and R
