Alfresco Senior Support Analyst Atlanta, GA Contract PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Overall experience of 10 years in Application maintenance and development. More than 3 years of experience in Alfresco Enterprise Content Management System. Expertise in managing technical support and architecting medium sized applications and cloud implementations. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES & REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE Support Activities Maintain applications as defined in the scope of the project Provide Level 2 and 3 support. Investigate cause of incidents and restore user state operational status as quickly as possible, either by correcting the underlying issues or applying workaround Report any issues / necessary escalations to management. Complete, submit and review the Root cause analysis for Critical incidents Interact with 3rd Party Application Vendor to find appropriate solutions in case of any major issues or whenever any product related support is required. Available round the clock for any on call P1/P2 support. Respond and resolve all incidents within agreed SLA. Perform smoke testing of application after all major upgrades, releases or changes. Ensure entire team is following all processes and issues are resolved within SLA. Provide necessary support to offshore team for arranging necessary business meetings whenever any input is required from customer. Provide necessary status updates and reports to customer and Cognizant higher management whenever requested. Minor Enhancement Related Activities Implement solution for bugs identified in application and drive it till production implementation through a proper sprint. Interact with customer and Leads to understand Application enhancement requests and perform all necessary steps to implement the required functionality and provide all support to make it live. Interact with Quality groups to ensure that the highest level of quality standard is maintained. Managing and implement Change Requests. Suggest various changes and upgrades required in application or underlying infrastructure to make the application capable enough to meet the growing business demands. TECHNICAL SKILL SET Alfresco Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Repository configuration, Content Modelling, Alfresco SDK, Alfresco ECM repository and Share Customization.
