Title : Akamai Cyber Security Analyst Remote Duration: 6 months (possible extension) Position Overview: Client is seeking a talented and motivated Akamai Cyber Security Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative Cyber Security team As an Akamai Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Client's digital assets and infrastructure, ensuring the highest level of protection against cyber threats You will leverage your expertise in Akamai technologies to design, implement, monitor, and respond to security incidents, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization We are looking for someone with hands on experience working on Akamai edge DNS, Global Traffic manager, in addition to WAF and CDN Qualifications: Proven experience in designing, configuring, and managing security solutions utilizing Akamai technologies, including Web Application Firewall (WAF), DDoS mitigation, Bot Manager, and Edge DNS. Strong understanding of web application security principles, network protocols, and cyber threat landscape. Experience with security incident response and vulnerability management processes. Proficiency in analyzing security logs, traffic patterns, and events to identify potential security incidents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
