We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Specialist Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. This role requires a hands-on technology leader who can architect scalable AI platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide end-to-end implementation from concept to production. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge, leadership skills, and practical execution experience building enterprise-grade AI applications.

Lead the design and development of AI and ML solutions, including model architecture, data pipelines, training, testing, deployment, and optimization.

Architect scalable cloud-based AI platforms using technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and translate needs into technical solutions.

Evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance solution efficiency and performance.

Oversee full lifecycle implementation including model governance, MLOps, performance tuning, and monitoring.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering and data science teams.

Collaborate with DevOps, software engineering, and data engineering teams to integrate AI into production systems.

Develop solution documentation, architectural diagrams, and technical best practices.

Drive proof-of-concept development, pilot deployments, and production rollouts.

Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

12+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science.

Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions at enterprise scale.

Strong hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or Hugging Face.

Deep experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI).

Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning, and data pipeline automation.

Experience with data engineering, ETL, big data technologies, and distributed computing (Spark, Databricks, Kafka, etc.).
