Title: AI/ML Engineer (Developer/ Advanced/ Expert)

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world business problems
Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment
Work with structured and unstructured data at scale
Develop and optimize deep learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI preferred)
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
Implement model monitoring, performance tuning, and retraining strategies
Ensure ML solutions follow best practices in security, scalability, and compliance
Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI development
Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs)
Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and data modeling
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)
Experience deploying models using REST APIs / Microservices
Preferred Skills
Experience with Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
