Job Description:-

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
Knowledge of Agile, Lean, DevOps, TDD and BDD principles and practices
Lifelong learner, experimenter and tinkerer of technology
Deep understanding of software engineering and how to build software that works and is easy to maintain
Work with coaches, engineers and partners to develop curriculum, teach and guide teams to create “fit-for-purpose”, resilient and highly available applications
Passion to help enable developers by researching and integrating new tools and practices into the workflow
Job Profile:-
Provides expertise and leadership for teams and product development lifecycles. Effective in driving cultural change and leading transformation. Challenges conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts.
Provides coaching to the team(s), including the establishment of new teams, and summarizing and promoting best practices.
Collaborating with team to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements.
Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams’ delivery/progress.
Identifying learning and development opportunities for team on the subject of agile methodology, principles and/or tools; customizing, maintaining and delivering training materials as needed.

Work Experience:-
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
