Position:: Agile Coach
Location :: Reston, VA.
Job description::
Required Skills:
- Straight contractor role. Initial duration for 12 months... Can be a 100% remote role.
- Needs deep exp in product mgmt. Has led teams.. Helping product teams mature along the journey... Ideal is to have exp moving an enterprise from project based (legacy waterfall) to product based (agile focus).. Look for an Agile Coach who has Product Mgmt BG at the Enterprise level
- 80% Coaching / 20% hands on work with the teams he/she is working with so they will know exactly what is going on....
- Moving from waterfall project based work to more agile product focused
- Needs Agile Coach who has deep expertise in product mgmt. Not only on the delivery side of things but also Product Mgmt exp in helping teams mature in their product journey
- Needs to be good listener, good Coach, and exp on the Lean portfolio mgmt side of things...
- Will be working with multiple teams helping them along the product journey. Enterprise wide.
- Biggest areas where they need help: Claims and enrollment side exp as an Agile Coach would be ideal but not required
- Any of the mentioned certs in the JD will suffice
- Initial tech panel interview and if that goes well then a one on one with HM
-->Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
