Job Description:
As the Agile Coach the primary function of this position is to serve as a facilitator and coach for multiple development teams.
This dedicated position is to provide the necessary hands-on leadership and support for the development of teams to adhere to Agile and remove impediments to continually increase the probability of success in each sprint.
This position is also responsible for coaching and mentoring the organization to gain deep understanding and effectively implement the tools, ceremonies, and rituals of Agile.
The Agile Coach will also be well versed in all business related to IT project management and has the ability to use the best methods of Agile, Scrum, project management, Kanban

Role and Responsibilities:
Work with the leadership to focus the team''s work effort, address risks/areas of concerns, provide feedback, and support the health of the team as a whole.
Facilitate and maintain consistent and beneficial Agile Process methodologies within a software development team by conducting daily standups, sprint retrospective, sprint planning, grooming, sprint review ceremonies, etc.
Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to identify and clarify priority of project-related needs and priority.
Ensure collaboration to create an understanding of user needs and timely delivery of user stories, wireframes, and other required artifacts needed for the overall success of a project.
Helps determine and maintain overall team velocity and capacity with
