Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled A e Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable digital solutions using AEM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM development, including components, templates, workflows, and integrations, and will work closely with UX designers, front-end developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· AEM Development:
- Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using AEM 6.x.
- Build and maintain AEM Sites, including multi-site and multi-language setups.
- Implement sling models, servlets, OSGi components, and JCR data structures.
· Front-End Integration:
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into AEM components.
- Ensure responsive and accessible UI/UX integration with AEM.
· AEM Administration & Configuration:
- Set up and configure AEM environments (author, publish, dispatcher).
- Optimize performance and scalability of AEM instances.
- Implement workflows, permissions, and DAM (Digital Asset Management) configurations.
· API & System Integration:
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with AEM.
- Connect AEM with marketing tools (e.g., A e Analytics, Target) and CRM systems.
· Code Quality & Best Practices:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following AEM and industry best practices.
- Utilize Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for version control and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
· Troubleshooting & Support:
- Debug and resolve AEM issues related to performance, functionality, and integrations.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing AEM projects.
