Job Description :

 Advisory Consultant – Must have strong consulting skills, executive presence to engage with customer, conduct customer workshops, drive requirements, drive methodology, strong documentation skills

• ITSM knowledge

• Knowledge of recovery business processes

• Requirements definition for operationalizing CRS solutions

• Understands customer environment at a high level (what needs data protection, critical material) • Knowledge of Dell CRS solutions or similar other vendor products

• Can explain CRS solution to customer • BC/DR, BIA and Class of Services • Application Dependency mapping and dataset prioritisation • IT Operations and capacity management

• Have knowledge of Operational Transformation and what required / missing to get a customer to a Cyber Resilient Operational model – basic understanding only

• Understand and be able interpret Statement of Work (SOW) • Understand what’s in scope and out of scope and how to manage these • Be able to articulate and design the solution

• RunBooks / documentation creation • Current state / Future state roadmap creation • Presentation skills • PowerPoint
