We are hiring an Administrative Staff Assistant for one of our clients in Hamilton, NJ 08619.

Job Description:
  • These duties were left when the previous secretary for the Medical Director retired long ago, and they then were assumed by surrounding staff. This surrounding staff can no longer accommodate this workload given their other growing responsibilities in their own roles, and therefore a new position to directly work with these secretarial duties is critical for the office to operate effectively and efficiently.

Duties:

  • Scheduling meetings for Dr. Lind and Dr. Kurc

    Send exception request from MCO s to Dr. Lind for review/signature and send back to MCO s
    Track/Follow-up on NL and documents that Dr. Lind needs to sign off on and then forward to Greg Woods to review. Follow the documents to ensure signed off as far as the Commissioner
    Travel packets
    Purchase order for Programs and Items the unit needs
    Submit office supply order
    Setting up new employees for onboarding with LDC and training

Working Hours:

  • Shift- 35hrs/week 9am-5pm
  • Lunch- 1hr Unpaid
