Please send me the resumes on and call me at Job Title: ADABAS DBA Job Location: New York, NY 10004 Job Duration: 12 + Months Responsibilities: Be responsible for installing and supporting a broad range of Software AG (SAG) and other third-party vendor products to provide a stable technical infrastructure upon which the business depends. Be responsible for the conversion of products between major releases. Requirements: Requires a strong technical background in all mainframe technologies with extensive hands on experience. Require extensive hands on experience in an MVS operating environment as well as system utilities. Have a high level of knowledge of all SAG products, and an ability to work with them in a highly customized environment. Require ability to install the products, code/revise customizations using a variety of technologies (including Assembler/Cobol/CICS), and debug complex system problems (including dump reading and performance and tuning ADABAS Systems Support, Utilities and Installation ADABAS Fastpath and Vista installation and support Entire Net-work installation and support ADABAS Review installation and support Natural Programming ISPF, MVS Utilities, CLISTS, and JCL?CICS knowledge Strong Assembler language knowledge Strong Cobol language knowledge System Programming skills Project Management skills Analytical thinking Conceptual thinking Minimum EDUCATIONAL and EXPERIENCE: REQUIREMENTS: University Degree (B.S and 10 years technical experience Required Skills : Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : Background Check :Yes Drug Screen :Yes Candidate must be your W2 Employee :No Interview Process : Additional Keywords : Degree Requirements : Certification Requirement : Minimum Experience (In Years) : Travel Requirements :
