Requirements


Preferred Education and Experience:
At least 10 + years’ professional experience and bachelor’s degree.

Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge and experience on Cloud (AWS, AZURE, OFFICE 365)
Demonstrate account management, cost-control and system analysis capability
Demonstrate ability to lead large-scale client and partner relationships at the executive level.
Ensure exceptional customer service & support with prompt problem resolution, follow-up, and improve efficiency.
Creative and innovative approach to optimize utilization of resources, leverage tools and adapt processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and with web-based business applications.
Ability to follow & enforce established processes and security guidelines and effectively communicate them to users.
Ability to develop friendly and collaborative relationships quickly to hit the ground running.
Must be reliable, on-time and able to complete tasks by target and maintain a professional work ethic & demeanor in all interactions.
