:
We are a fast-growing Software Consulting Services company seeking dynamic sales persons with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to over-achieve.
The Account Executive will develop and execute sales strategy based on deep research, analysis and relationships. The AE is distinguished by specialized knowledge, problem solving skills, ability to influence client buying decisions, and successful track record of executing strategy, expanding relationships, and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account strategy and aligns company resources to maximize sales volume and revenue.
Maintain contacts at multiple levels from CXOs to IT managers, focusing on the nurturing long term relationships.
While responsible for assigned quota, be responsible for account penetration and sustainable sales growth strategy.
Demonstrate proficiency with the company sales process, methodologies, and systems.
Must have :
At least 5 years of proven track record in sales of application software development staff augmentation and project sales.
Sales Skills: Achieves sales goals; initiates new contacts; maintains customer satisfaction; maintains records and promptly submits information; overcomes objections with persuasion and persistence.
Planning/Organizing: Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; develops realistic action plans.
Sense of Urgency: Displays a matter of utmost urgency; understands the importance of making critical business decisions in a timely manner with strong attention to detail; realization that efficiency and prioritization is critical to success.
Customer Service: Manages difficult or demanding customer situations; meets commitments; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service.
Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions.
Written Communications: Edits work for spelling and grammar; presents numerical data effectively; varies writing style to meet needs; writes clearly and informatively.
Oral Communication: Demonstrates group presentation skills; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; speaks clearly and persuasively.
Compensation: Uncapped/DOE, with a 6 figure starting package of base + commission
