Job Description:
Formal training, undergraduate degree or certification on software engineering concepts and 3 plus years of experience in Java/AWS/Abinitio
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
Should have good experience in understanding requirement related to extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) of data using Java/Spark on Hadoop platform.
Should have good SQL skills; Teradata is preference but experience in any other RDBMS technology would suffice
Should have hands-on experience on Ab Initio GDE.
High-level knowledge about other technologies like AWS, Hadoop, Teradata, Spark, SQL, Shell scripting
Should have good knowledge about Data warehousing Concepts, Data Lake, Data mesh and Cloud Architecture
Should be able to independently develop, build, test and deploy the code
