Position Workday QA manager
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration : Long Term

Primary requirement
Workday QA manager / very senior lead with the ability to manage testing for Workday implementations / rollouts.
Minimum 1 implementation experience as a Workday QA manager. Must have delivered multiple Workday projects as test lead.
Conversant with QA governance for large Workday programs ( including metrics management, reporting, escalation management, defect management etc
Requires deep knowledge of QA processes and specifically Workday QA processes.
Must have created test strategies and test plans.
Deep QA knowledge of Workday payroll and associated modules such as benefits, Compensation.
Ability to lead offshore QA teams and coordinate testing in global delivery model. This requires ability to drive QA efforts from onsite with delivery from offshore.
Excellent communication skills.
