Job Description :
Looking for a Workday Financial Systems Administrator with deep Workday knowledge in the accounting and finance departments. The ideal candidate will have Workday financials experience and have worked in the Financials modules including but not limited to Procurement, Payroll, Reporting, Compensation and Planning.

Responsibilities :
Strong knowledge of Workday Financials including: Procurement, Payroll, Reporting, Advanced Compensation and Planning
Researching and documenting policies and procedures in Workday
Implementation of new features and testing of new releases
Calculation field clean-up
Assisting the Controller during the planning and compensation process (familiarity with Planning & Advanced Compensation)
Key player in developing and driving process improvement and automation initiatives

Workday Financials Implementation Experience
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Process improvement orientated
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic with team player mentality
Strong understanding of GAAP
