Job Description :
Support for Virtual/Physical Servers (IBM/Dell/HP/VMware)
-Maintain Windows 2016/2012/2008 Build Images – MDT and VRA/VRO Automation
-Tier 3/4 escalations from Service Lines, Business and Application teams.
-Drive escalated issues to resolution in coordination with others.
-Able to work with vendors for escalation (Microsoft)
-Maintain defined infrastructure SLAs
-Work with Global Teams for warm hand-off of issues.
-Provide insight and solutions to complex issues/requests raised by customer.
-Create and use PowerShell scripts to reduce manual tasks.


-Complete training to support transition with vendor.
-Work with vendor and sites during the conversion to identify issues and solutions.
-Apply knowledge to improve processes.
-Ability to identify OS vs Application issues.
-Work with global teams for support

-Able to work assignments without oversight
-Able to communicate project / problem status to team
-Able to document processes/work instructions and suggest improvements to existing procedures
-Work within team to define/meet Windows Service Line objectives
-Mentor/Train 3rd party support team
