Work with PDM team [ Offshore / Onsite ] to generate various insights for web performance
Present insights generated to higher Management and provide recommendations for various business strategies to improve web sales
Create and maintain product wiki in confluence to capture KPI’s, Capabilities launched, General business implementation, etc for various initiatives handled by the Product Development Management Team.
Senior Consumer Insights Analyst who is intellectually curious, creative, and concise.
Should have a knack for problem solving and storytelling using large datasets to assist in a fast-paced decision-making environment.
Partner with internal stakeholders including analytics, product, and data science to develop, monitor, and analyze the performance of web experiments
Identify opportunities to positively impact our customers Website [ Various channels ] sales performance.
Proficient in web analytics platforms such as Adobe Omniture
Preferably MBA with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Retail / Web analytics
