Position: User Experience Specialist
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration : 6 months
Resource should have at least 8-10 year''s work experience within the applications designing field.
We are looking for a User Experience Specialist, experienced in all aspects of the user-centered design process: designing and conducting user research, translating user requirements into elegant, intuitive designs/prototypes, conducting usability evaluations and recommending design changes based on results.

Expert knowledge (5+ years) hands on working experience on the following proven skills
Multiple user research methods (such as interviews and surveys, personas)
Usability testing
Interaction design and prototyping
Design/prototyping tools (such as Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Visio)
Communication (oral, written, and visual)
Customer relationship management
Collaborating with customers, team members, and sourcing partners
Visual/graphic design for web, application, and mobile solutions and style guide creation (optional)
