Interface with Stakeholders on a daily basis
Running workshops/sessions with SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying automation challenges and the suitability of the process for automation.
Identify candidates for automation and calculate ROI
Prepare to-be design of the automated process
Report the outcomes
Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.
Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
Define “to be” processes with automation steps
Define the business case for automation in terms of efforts reduction, Average handling time and turnaround time reduction
Capture process constraints , if any , that need to be taken care during automation
