Essential Skills
o 1. Angular JS2, 2. Springboot, 3. TIBCO EMS4. WAS LIBERTY5. MS-EXCHANGE6. COUCHBASE 7. Oracle database8. Prod Support Experience9. ITIL process10. Strong support and development
o Experience Work with our customers during implementation and production of their Couchbase Server-based applications.
o Troubleshoot and research customer issues.
o These can range from development time SDK questions to performance tuning or failure analysis.
o Reproduce customer cases for detailed troubleshooting and analysis.
o This may include writing or modifying code or simulating node failure situations.
o Become a product expert for customers and stay up-to-date on new features in Couchbase
o Experience in database software solutions and Restful services is highly desired;
o Excellent analytical skills, passion for pinning down technical issues and solving problems.
o Experience in Linux Server (Docker-WAS Liberty + Tibco)

Job Description:
o 1. Incident management - handling/assigning support tickets and ensuring that the SLA is met.
o 2. Daily montioring of Jobs and take corrective measures in case of any issue.
o 3. Supporting the deployment and upgrade of other related modules and applications.
o 4. Regression testing of the application in case of any upgrade and outages.
o 5. Accountable for technical solution of minor enhancements based on the user request.
o 6. Responsible to get sign-off from the customer for software fixes in case of support tickets and design in case of minor enhancements.
o 7. Integration plan for the system with the external interfaces.
o 8. Coordinating with the Application, Database, Middleware and EQA support teams."
