Job Description:
Looking for a Technical Business Analyst contractor. This position helps ensure complete and accurate documentation of system requirements. The individual will be helping execute test scripts the way they are written. They must be able to look at the test and say why it isn’t working but they don’t have to know how to fix it. This position will require experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience writing test for payment streams
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.
Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.
Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. Assists the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
May perform application, system and regression tests.
Responsible for creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation.
Works with quality assurance and programming teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
Interacts with technical teams to convey business requirements.
Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.
Environment: This is a very tight knit group. They have been together for about 2 years and are pretty laid. Things can get a bit intense when they are trying to release code, but overall it is a very relaxed and enjoy joking with each other. The contractor will have their own work space (Cube
