Position: PeopleSoft HCM Taleo Technical Developer
Location: Flint Township, MI
Interview: Phone & then Skype
Duration: 2+ Months
Skills: PeopleSoft HCM, Taleo, coding Taleo setup required.
Position Summary:
Design, Code, Deliver, Report & Extract Development, Apply coding retrofits after upgrade, Build Interfaces, Setup & Monitor batch processes, Printing, for the following modules: HR / eProfile, Payroll / ePay, Benefits, eBenefits, Absence Mgmt, Empl / Manager Self-Service, eCompensation, Talent Mgmt, Taleo Applicant Tracking/Recruiting, Taleo Onboarding, PS Talent Mgmt, Taleo Connect Client Interface build, and other tasks as assigned related to implementation and ongoing support.
PeopleTools 8.55, FSCM 9.2, HCM 9.2, Oracle 10c or higher, SQR, BI Publisher, App Engine, File Layouts, PeopleCode, PS Query, App Packages, Integration broker services, Component interfaces, Tree Manager, Basic 7 step developments of GUI is a must. Upgrade/Change assistant, Taleo experience preferred.
10+ years of strong / independent PeopleSoft developer experience preferred
Additional Requirements:
Experience coding Taleo setup required to send data files to PeopleSoft HCM
Days to be Worked:
Mon through Friday, evenings and weekends as required for go live support tasks
