Position: OnBase Developer
Location: Dayton, OH
Interview: Phone & Skype

must have enterprise level experience
-must have Onbase experience !
-healthcare highly preferred!!

Skills and Experience Required:
OnBase development and support for various enterprise functions

Top skillsets:
1. 3+ years’ experience with OnBase Workflow or Workview
2. Understanding of workflow, queues, transitions, API interfaces, and complex business solutions
3. Ability to take complex business requirements and translate it into working solutions

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design, code, test, and analyst software programs
2. Mentor and help architect system design through coordination with the business and IT including researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specification throughout the product lifecycle
3. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required

4. Mentor other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications
5. Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for a variety of projects
6. Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications
7. Research and document requirements of software users
8. Assist and contribute to the Architectural Council on all software solutions designed or purchased at CareSource

9. Assist PM/SQA and other groups coordinate developers and projects to completion
10. Clarify and drive team goals on a technical level making sure that the solutions proposed and designed are in line with the department and CareSource vision
11. Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts
12. Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades
13. Assist the Architectural Council with technical knowledge regarding emerging technologies to help drive strategy
14. Assist management with resource and release planning
15. Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications

16. Define architecture and design for enterprise applications
17. Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas
18. Lead projects from a development standpoint and coordinate activities with the developer teams as needed
19. Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines
20. Assist in software deployment as required based on build specification
21. Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems
22. Manage and/or provide guidance to junior and mid-level software developers and research assistants
23. Perform technical code reviews of peers to ensure proper coding methodology is being adhered to
