TITLE- Data Stage Consultant
LOCATION- Culver City, CA
DURATION- 6 Months
Mode- Telephonic, Skype
Sr ETL Developer (Data stage)
Qualifications:
Hand on experience with DataStage and Teradata is must
Data Warehouse database platforms –Teradata experience is must
Knowledge on Business Objects and Tableau reporting/dashboarding tools
Knowledge and experience of at least one data profiling tool (experience with Information Analyzer is an added advantage)
Experience on relational databases like Oracle
Entertainment industry business models and data knowledge a plus
Strong with data modeling concepts (star schemas, snowflake schemas, highly normalized data models), and familiarity with data modeling tools is an added advantage
Familiar with physical database administration concepts such as table partitioning, materialized views, indexing strategies, aggregate navigation and their role within the decision support environment
Familiar with source control tools such as SVN
Excellent SQL programming skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with both business and technical customers
