Job Description :
This is a new position. They must be local to the area and work onsite. Onsite interview is required. This is a 6 month contract but can also be a contract-to-hire if the consultant is interested. They must be eligible; no sponsorship.
Client is seeking a SQL Developer with Java for an insurance company located in Liberty Corner, NJ. The role requires strong SQL database development skills and a minimum of 1 year of prior experience with Java development.
This role can be either straight contracting or contract to hire.
The client will provide the opportunity for the developer to be trained on Pega (BPM software) as well as gain key understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry.
The developer will be part of a growing team that supports rating applications used by actuaries and underwriters as well as supporting the Pega Platform.
They will be involved in the complete software development lifecycle following Agile Scrum delivery.

MS SQL Server

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
1 years of Java development experience
