SAP Project Manager - OTC
Bachelor''s Degree (IT-related field preferred)
5+ years of experience in Information Technology, including SAP interface support
Working knowledge of SAP integrations with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes. Experience with EDI documents 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Order Acknowledgement), 856 (Advance Shipping Notification), and 810 (Invoice Knowledge of transportation documents also desirable.
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP IDocs, EDI Formats, XML, flat files, and CSVs
In-depth data mapping skills between various formats and ability to integrate with SAP
Knowledge of integration-related SAP Configuration and transaction codes, such as SAP IDoc processing, Remote Function Calls, Business Application Program Interface (BAPIs), etc.
Knowledge of core ERP Master Data, as well as the impact of interface transactions on SAP master data specific to supply chain processes (Partner Profiles, Vendors, Customers, etc
General understanding of middleware mapping software, such as Microsoft BizTalk or Dell Boomi.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of technical and non-technical owners
Outstanding customer service skills including working effectively with all levels of the organization to provide highly effective technical data analysis and solutions
Ability to support a collaborative atmosphere by proactively soliciting input from others and promoting an environment where all team members feel comfortable sharing and discussing their ideas and where the opinions of others are respected
