Job description
We are currently looking for data integration and dashboard generation specialists with expertise in the Tableau platform for upcoming information management consulting engagements with strong background and demonstrable experience in integrating different data sources and platforms into meaningful dashboard information for our clients. Candidate must be comfortable and proficient with working with clients with different levels of technical backgrounds, including non-technical business users.
At least 8 years’ experience with analysis work in database, data integration, reporting and analytical information management domains.
In addition, candidate should have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience with preparing requirements specifications and training materials with MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. The PM will have strong communications skills required to perform requirements gathering, storyboarding, and training. Ideal candidate in this position will be self-reliant, agile, and be able to interface with business and technical teams. To be successful in this position, ideal candidate will have strong abilities in the areas of problem-solving business analysis written and oral communications stakeholder management multitasking technology evangelism process definition and rollout with stakeholder participation Recommended skills Tableau certification

Mandatory:
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in business administration or IT related fields and equivalent work experience in a similar role.
Minimum 7 years of Business Analytic & Reporting work experience preferably within a consultancy or global company.
Strong functional knowledge of and expertise with business analytic and reporting tools is required (like Tableau, Business Objects, etc
Able to work in a team environment and independently.
Experience with Data modeling and Business application integration
Ability to travel domestic and international as this position requires an international focus.
Desirable:
ERP integration experience with Oracle EBS
Broad understanding of different business processes
PRINCE2 Foundation Certification or equivalent is highly regarded and experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies and business process modelling is an advance.
Project management experience including leading and directing projects
SQL development skills
