Job Description :
To provide leadership for the test activities associated with the Front Office Transformation project. Accountable for the delivery of the test management including its planning, execution, monitoring, and final quality recommendations. Entails a mix of strategic business insight, interpersonal sensitivity and release planning.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Management, Information Systems or other technical discipline or equivalent education and experience is required.
Advanced technical and/or management degree desired.
Project Management (PMP) Certification is desired.
Minimum 12+ years’ experience in application software environments, with minimum 4 years in a test/ engineering leadership position.
5+ years in software testing in multiple environments including test planning, control, execution, and quality assessment.
Requires original and dynamic thinking to analyze all facets of a problem in the determination of functional/operating direction or policies
4+ years developing test cases and test scenarios.
2+ years in business analysis and requirements development - preferred.
2+ years in QA (including procedures/policies development and compliance
4 + years management experience including strategic planning, process improvement, resource, risk and time management.
Business experience, application software technical test organizations or projects in test organization in multiple environments.
Experience in leading or managing short and long-term test projects. Lead or Management of multiple simultaneous projects. Good time- management skills.
Hands-on testing experience in multiple environments.
Powerful problem-solving, analytical, risk assessment and negotiation skills expected.
Experience with complex, cross-functional projects desired.
Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to serve as primary liaison with customers is a must. Demonstrated communication (both written and verbal), decision making, presentation and organization skills required.
