Job Description :
Need solution architect having testing experience
Require Enterprise Architect who understand testing very well.
This Test Architect would be involved only in the design phase, working closely with Solution Architects to influence their solution design, working with POD to influence the requirements from a Quality aspect
This person would need to understand various architectural aspects like Functional, Security, Performance, Availability and would need to ensure those aspects are covered in the solution
After effectively influencing the design, the Test Architect would be required to create a test strategy to effectively evaluate the quality of the end product – the strategy should provide high level test strategy for Security (eg, penetration testing needs etc), functional (Progression Vs Regression needs), Performance (Load, Stress, say, test for 100k transactions per minute for a payment service)
Design Shift Left initiatives for implementation by PM etc – quality of Acceptance Criteria to drive effective testing, quality of user stories, test coverage, code coverage, code quality and test effectiveness improvements
