Technical Writer - Salesforce and Finance Systems

? Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (MIS), Information Science, Library or related and 2+ years equivalent work experience
? Technical writing and/ or editing experience
? Experience composing, narrating, and editing video training tutorials
? Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce, CI, and APIs
? Understanding of software development lifecycle
? Knowledge of tech and finance industries
? Experience developing and managing information systems in a technical project based environment
? Able to work effectively in an autonomous capacity with little to no daily oversight
? Ability to deal with ambiguity in a dynamic fast-paced startup like environment
? Experience working with Jira and Confluence (preferred)
