Rate: $33/hr on w2
Role and Responsibilities
The technical writer will work closely with the Motor Vehicles Modernization Design Team (MvM) to document the design and functional processes of the application. This person is expected to work closely with the engineering team to extract the data necessary to create technical summary documents, flow charts, Visio drawings, Process Maps and other technical formats to capture the essence of the design and its function.
Key assignments and expectations:
1. Ability to interview subject matter experts and extract pertinent documentation requirements
2. Generate Visio diagrams for physical and logical networks and related data flows,
3. Generate Excel spreadsheet documentation of related network parameters,
4. Working experience of teaming with PM to establish/maintain predictable progress of network documentation efforts.
