Position Title: Technical Writer
Location: Chicago, IL.

Dynamic Interactive Business System Inc. is looking for a Technical Writer for its Direct Client in Chicago, IL.
Requirements (All Mandatory):-
- Demonstrate excellent technical writing skills and ability to conduct peer review of technical documents for grammar, content and style of writing.
- Document business processes and write detailed functional requirements.
- Work under tight timeframes.
- Good organizational skills.
- Handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment.
- Work with business analysts and product managers in arranging user focus groups to better understand what the users need and want in terms of applications and documentation.
- Conduct visits with the users to understand how they perform their jobs.
- Work with business analysts to design and define the screens and reports.
- Collaborates with the subject matter expert representing the users to ensure that the design meets the requirements.
- Develop documentation, such as how-to guides, quick references, quick cards, or cheat sheets, using screen mock-ups and use cases.
- Prepare product announcements, marketing brochures, advertisements, newsletter articles, and marketing specifications.
- Collaborate with training staff to assemble class materials, CBTs, demos, and other training materials.
- Give presentations to various development groups, such as the business analyst team, the software engineering team, product managers, etc.
- Develop forms or web pages for different business units and produce marketing pieces, brochures, or newsletter articles for both internal and external newsletters.
