Job Summary:
This is a 50/50 role supporting OEM Digital Operations Security & Compliance. Responsible for leading Security and Compliance for websites, applications and tools; as well as technical planning and execution of the digital aspects.

Essential Job Functions:
OEM Digital Operations Security & Compliance
1. Manage Operations Security and Compliance procedures and policies (SCRPs, MCRPs, SoAs, Audits, Disaster Recovery) on all OEM tools.
2. Assist in facilitation of Application-specific Security and Compliance procedures and policies (SCRPs, MCRPs, SoAs, Audits, Disaster Recovery) on all OEM tools.
3. Promote compliance awareness by supporting training, programs and departmental activities.
4. Provide support or lead audit requests and inquiries by collecting, reviewing and verifying all requested material.
5. Conduct regular reviews and posting of evidence (records of review and modification) to the appropriate Wiki space.
6. Support and provide analysis to management in compliance reporting activities.
7. Participate in documentation of support processes and methods

Sales Events.
1. Facilitate timely communication of Sales Events & National Campaigns, to allow revision of cycle planning for impacted applications.
2. Work with Agency and Supplier Partners to plan and execute the digital aspects of all Sales Events.
3. Work with Supplier Partners to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation to improve the to-market time for Special Campaigns.
4. Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancements for campaigns with focus on creating more engaging customer experiences, and increasing conversion and market share.
5. Project management and stakeholder engagement to facilitate timely execution.
6. Technical execution and follow-up (including troubleshooting) for all Sales Events and Special Campaigns – Heavy engagement with AEM and other content management tools.
7. Ownership and creation of documentation related to management and execution of the different events and campaigns.


Other Responsibilities:
1. Interview key stakeholders to understand program goals and any constraints.
2. Develop presentations and process flows to support execution.
3. Present recommendations to leadership
4. Monitor and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Adhere to the company’s security and controls compliance program.
6. Special ad-hoc projects.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
1. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
2. Experience with Content Management Systems and Digital Integration Tools.
3. Knowledge and experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, HipChat) is preferred.
4. Familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Products (Windows, Office, etc.
6. Must have experience operating in an audit or compliance capacity.
7. Knowledge of software development and architectural concepts, principles, and tools.
8. Must have knowledge of technical tools & integrations (web services, FTP, etc.
9. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
10. Ability to learn quickly and execute in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
11. Must have demonstrated success in leading teams in rapidly evolving environments.
12. Must be able to manage ambiguity and work effectively with minimal direction and limited information.
13. Must have strong project, stakeholder and time management skills to meet marketing timelines.
14. Must have strong facilitation and vendor management skills.
15. Must have strong data management and analysis skills.
16. Must have the ability to effectively manage numerous deliverable work streams with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

18. Must have ability to self-manage and prioritize work schedule per business needs.
19. Must have the ability to work extended days (including overnight support) during campaign changes (variable frequency – approximately 3-4 times a month
20. Must be willing to work with off-shore support teams for execution of campaign changes.
21. The role may require holiday coverage for campaign changes.
