Exp: 8-10 yrs
Role:
Leading/ Design experience on Legacy modernization / Re-engineering initiatives with current technology trends on Microsoft PlatformGood knowledge on Architectural & Design Patterns, Governance and PracticesExperience with performing Architecture assessments, reviewing, identifying and correcting flaws with an existing architectureExperience with Effort estimation processTroubleshooting performance bottlenecks using CPU/Memory profilersGuide the team and ensure team compliance with intended architecture design and architecture standards

Skills:
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Technical Lead with several years of experience building web applications in a high level object-oriented language such as Nodejs, reactjs & microservices. Hands on experience with PCF or AWS. Ability to work in a full stack software development environment. Willing to engage with developers, review code and apply industry best practices and patterns of enterprise application designExcellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Databases, and Web APIs. Good understanding how to build clean maintainable software with well-defined design patterns. Have growth mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Ability to work well with others, even those you may not prefer to work with. Ability to continuously learn and explore, and enjoy teaching the new things you have learned to the rest of the team.
